Miss Sandy became a class 4 USGF competitive gymnast in 1974 and worked her way up to a class 1 gymnast by 1982 under the guidance of Gail and Jeff Southworth at Rhode Island Gymnastics Village.

Miss Sandy has over 35 years of experience in the sport of gymnastics ranging from competing, judging, teaching and coaching preschool aged children through competitive gymnasts. She not only has a sincere love for the sport but also for the children and has established a well thought out, organized program that agreeable and sought after by parent, children and instructors alike.

Miss Kristen has participated in the sport of gymnastics as both an athlete and coach for 16 years. Miss Kristen competed as a level 7 gymnast, retiring in 2007. She has over 5 years of coaching experience.

Miss Kelcey competed in gymnastics for 6 years at a gym in Rhode Island. Miss Kelcey advanced to level 8 gymnast on a nationally traveling team before retiring. Miss Kelcey has a genuine love for kids and coaching the sport of gymnastics.
