Sandra Nicoll-Palermo

Sandy became a class 4 USGF competitive gymnast in 1974 and worked her
way up to a class 1 gymnast by 1982 under the guidance of Gail and Jeff Southworth at Rhode Island Gymnastics Village,
Achievements of her gymnastics career include:
- Safety Certified by USA Gymnastic
- Named to the Southeastern Conference All
Star Team
- 10 Year USGF Competitive Gymnast Class I,
II, III, IV
- Traveled International European Belgium
Gymnastics Training Camp.
Miss Sandy has over 25 years of experience in
the sport of gymnastics ranging from competing, teaching preschool aged
children through competitive gymnasts. She not only has a sincere love
for the sport but also for the children and has established a well
thought out, organized program that agreeable and sought after by
parent, children and instructors alike.
Dara Palermo
- Coaching 8 years.
"Everyday in the gym is a new experience. I
find myself learning something new at every practice whether from a
co-worker or even a 4 year old. This is truly an amazingly rewarding
position.
